offers a traditional welcoming atmosphere and a picturesque and interesting
course kept in wonderful condition throughout the year. Many of the
holes are virtually unchanged from James Braids original design and
offer wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.
In 1996, three new holes were incorporated into the layout these offer
a challenging finish to the round along with glorious views over the
yellow Cotswold stone houses in the nearby village of Baunton. The course
is built on free-draining limestone and remains playable throughout
the year.
