| Alresford
Golf Club The
course is an easy walking, rolling downland course set on the slopes
of Tichborne Down which not only provides for picturesque views of the
Hampshire countryside, but also a free draining course ideal for year
round play. The five tricky par 3's and narrow fairways ensures that
the course is always a challenge. Stray too far from the fairway and
find that your approach shots to the small and well-guarded greens are
a test of distance and accuracy. The course has an ever growing reputation
for overall quality and presentation and the greens are slick , true
and amongst the best in Hampshire. |

Bramshaw
Golf Club Built in 1970,
the first class Manor Course is gently undulating, with excellent
fairways that demand accurate tee and good approach shots to the well
manicured greens: there really isn't an easy hole on the Course.
Built in 1880, the Forest Course is the oldest course in Hampshire and with its open aspects and rolling heathland, is in complete contrast to the Manor Course. The ever-changing scenery of humps, hollows and meandering streams test golfing skills and judgement within an idyllic setting. The prospect of a deer emerging from the trees or a mare chivvying her foal across the fairway gives the Forest Course a special and unique appeal. |

Hampshire
Golf Club If you are looking for some excellent
golf in Hampshire, look no further than the Hampshire Golf Club. Founded
in 1993, it is set in 240 acres of rolling Hampshire countryside in
the famous Test Valley. The undulating land provides wonderful views.
The Manor Course is 6380 yards long. The free draining chalk downland
means that the Course has never been closed due to wet weather. This
ensures good winter golf and therefore value for money. The Par 3 Academy Course provides an excellent facility to hone your short game. A 10 bay covered driving range, putting green and chipping/bunker area are also available for practice. |

Liphook
Golf Club By today's standards Liphook is not a
long course having both an SSS and Par of 70, measuring just 6295 yards
from the Championship tees and 6188 yards from the medal tees. The course
has five par 4 holes of over 400 yards and three par 5s. Its tight fairways,
lined with an abundance of heather, gorse and trees, put a premium on
accuracy but its biggest defence are its greens, true and fast with
subtle breaks and borrows. They are among the best in southern England.
With its undulating fairways, heather, gorse and trees the course is
outstandingly beautiful. There is a profusion of rhododendrons in the
spring. Well manicured throughout the year, the course retains its heathland
character with fast-running fairways and greens

North
Hants Golf Club This undulating golf course has
considerable charm and, with its large greens and a number of long par
fours, provides you with a deceptively difficult but rewarding challenge.
As well as having been on the qualifying roster for the Open Championship, the club also stages two national amateur events: the Hampshire Hog is a prestigious and long established 36 hole men's scratch amateur event, and the Hampshire Rose is a well established 36 hole ladies event. The course has easy access to major motorways, and London is under an hour's drive away. Alternatively, the journey by train from Waterloo is a mere 40 minutes, with the course a short walk away from Fleet railway station. |

Stoneham
Golf Club The course at Stoneham is laid
out over a beautiful undulating landscape which is a combination of
heathland and parkland.
Of the long par- 4s the 4th is exhilarating, driving out over heather before plunging steeply downhill. A stream crossing 100 yards short of the green should not be of concern to most golfers. The 11th involves a sizeable carry over a cross-bunker from the tee followed by an uncompromising approach over a deep gully to a green perched on a ledge on the far side. |

Weybrook
Park Golf Club Designed
by Club members, in conjunction with a course architect, the course
is situated in 150 acres of rolling North Hampshire countryside 1.5
miles from the centre of Basingstoke. The course, which has the seventeenth
as its signature hole, provides a challenge for golfers at all levels,
a 189 yard par three guarded by bunkers and over a lake. There is
the usual mix of par three, four and five holes which by the use of
sculptured fairways, strategically placed plantations and difficult

Dummer
Golf Club There are no steep
hills to climb and the walks from tee to green are nice and easy. The
views are wonderful especially when playing the final six holes and
there is an abundance of wildlife to look out for. A complete ecology
review was undertaken and the course management plan incorporates the
findings so as to produce a course that not only provides a marvelous
environment in which to play golf but enhances the land for much of
the local flora and fauna.
Built on chalk downland, the course is amazingly free draining. Trollies are never banned and no use of winter tees or greens make Dummer an all year round course. |

Royal
Jersey Golf Club The course
itself occupies Grouville Common which comprises 160 vergees (about
70 acres) of rolling, sandy heath land and is bordered to the East by
the magnificent coastline which was so admired by Queen Victoria that
she commanded it to be named the Royal Bay of Grouville. In the 18th
Century the common was popular for duelling and during 60 years of the
19th Century the annual horse races were held there, the scene was such
a carnivalesque affair that the artist PJ Ouless painted it in 1849.
