original golf course at Abbotsley was designed in 1975. The course was
then adapted and added to, in 1986, by leading lady golfer, former British
Women's Open Champion and renowned coach Vivien Saunders.
The Abbotsley Golf Course provides a tough challenge, with tight fairways
and fast undulating greens, whilst the Cromwell Course is a little more
forgiving from the tee, but equally interesting. The Huntingdonshire
par 3 course is excellent for beginners or for golfers wishing to hone
their short game skills. |
