The course has been described as the Augusta of The Dales because it
looks so attractive and it features seven ponds. The signature hole
is the 8th, a par 3, where you look down from an elevated tee to an
inviting green which lies tantalisingly on the other side of a pond.
Many visitors have commented on the
outstanding quality of the greens and even more of them discovered
that it is the most friendly of clubs. which offers a warm welcome
to new members and visitors alike. Is it as good as we say?
